This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how fees, cancellations, transfers, and refunds are handled for courses offered by The Gulf Safety & Industrial Training Institute (“The GULF SITI”). We want every learner to feel confident when enrolling, so please read this policy before making a payment. By registering for a course, you agree to the terms set out below.

Course Fees

Course fees are confirmed at the time of registration. Unless stated otherwise, fees cover tuition, course materials, and the assessment or certification associated with the specific course. Any optional extras will be clearly identified before you pay.

Cancellation by the Learner

If you need to cancel your enrolment, please notify us in writing as early as possible. The amount eligible for refund depends on how much notice you give before the course start date:

If you are unable to attend on your scheduled date, you may request to transfer to a later session, subject to availability. Where possible, we will accommodate one transfer at no extra charge if requested before the course begins. Repeated transfers may incur an administrative fee.

Cancellation by The GULF SITI

Occasionally we may need to reschedule or cancel a course due to circumstances beyond our control. If we cancel a course and cannot offer you a suitable alternative date, you will be entitled to a full refund of the fees paid for that course.

How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds are issued using the original payment method where possible. Please allow a reasonable processing period for the refund to reach you. Any bank or transaction charges associated with the refund may be deducted where applicable.

Certification

Where a course leads to certification from an external awarding body, certification fees paid to that body may be non-refundable once the registration has been submitted on your behalf.
